Time Solution provides services including Odoo ERP implementation, customisation and integration, data migration, digital transformation and automation, cybersecurity and compliance, and support and training.
2. Client responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate, complete information, cooperate with project requirements, pay dues as agreed, and comply with the applicable regulations in the Kingdom.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are set per the proposal or service agreement. We don't publish fixed prices on the site because every project differs by users, modules, customisation and support.
4. Data ownership
Your data is yours. You may export it in full at any time, a core clause in every contract with us.
5. Privacy and data protection
We comply with the Kingdom's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). We collect only the data needed to deliver the service (such as contact details in booking forms) and don't share it with third parties for marketing. To access or delete your data, contact us via the contact page.
6. Limitation of liability
We apply the highest professional care, but we don't guarantee specific outcomes that depend on factors beyond our control, such as the quality of client data or the team's commitment to training.
